Dr Balsera is a people person who takes the time to explain the way the average person can understand. She never makes you feel hurry to get you out. Been patient for five years and never left office with questions unanswer.

One area of improvement that this business is in dire need of is revamping their building to make it more handicap-accessible. It seemed extremely out-of-date and a little unsafe as well. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
