Sandra was a horrible receptionist and cancel my appointment even though I have my discharge papers. I will submit a professional complaint against her. I have a tubal pregnancy and she did not want to help me. the discharge paperwork is good for a self referral.
my sister works at IEHP and knows the book. taught her some things she didn't know. please if you work in the medical field love your job you have people's lives in your hands.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

They really make no effort to maintain a professional appearance here. I was shocked at how unprofessional they looked. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I will never go back to this Dr's office he is VERY unprofessional, always in a rush, in n out to the hospital, and does NOT have time to answer any questions.
