I think that Dr.Anderson is the most wonderful person to have as a dr. and could not ask for better care. I really trust her with any promblem I have and she always listen and tells you the truth. I really respect that. I love her staff Stacie and Cayla they are the best. They are so sweet and Cayla always has the best smile and makes you feel inportant and Stacie is just so sweet, she really cares about the patients there and she has always gone out of her way for me. I feel that she really cares so I don't know what that other person is thinking but to me it sounds like they just did not like the answer to somthing or they just want to hate on her, but to me they are no better to judge her if they are going out of there way to say things about her what makes them so great they are doing the same thing the accused her of. Think about that !!!!!!

Their staff was not friendly at all, , especially stacie, DR Anderson is very sweet and nice and is always wanting to please her patients i really like her but she needs to get a nicer staff that actually cares about her patients like she does , i wish her staff wasn't so effortless on helping me when i was really worried and wanted to speak with Dr Anderson and they just made me an appointment and wouldn't even give Dr Anderson the message to at least call me back! that would be STACIE... Kayla is sweet , i like her a lot and it sucks to go into that office and see the other staff talking bad about her, when you can clearly hear it, come on people your attitude reflects on others, its nice to be around happy people not SNOTTIE people especially while your pregnant.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
Finally a doctor that listens to me!! she is straight to it, no BS. It is evident that she cares about her patients too. These other reviews must be from those who go doctor to doctor until they get to one that agrees with there analysis, not what is advised. These type folk always complain. I highly recomend Dr Anderson to all who want a Doctor who cares about them, and spends the time even if you are with child, with you.

I really, really wish I had read the reviews before I went to this doctor. She needs to retire or find something that she enjoys doing and not take it out on her patients. She is condescending, rude, and just very unpleasant to deal with either over the phone or in person. She doesn't listen to you at all. She asks you something then interrupts part of the way through and says something based off of your half spoken answer that's completely wrong. She does the exact opposite of what she says she will do. I could go on for hours. Her examination was very rough and she makes startling rude remarks. I regret going to her and she's just one more reason I dread going to any doctor. OBGYN appointments are take their toll already without having to deal with a (fill in your favorite insult) I beg you for your own sake to find a different doctor. Peace to you and yours.

Doctor did not do a "well Woman" routine code as requested by the customer. Therefore, the customer ended up having to pay for a screening DEXA and Mammogram, routine, no charge item on her insurance coverage. When the doctor was confronted with the discrepancey, she refused to change her code, which would cost the customer $1400-1700. Thankfully, the office insurance man was able to negotiate with the insurance company a resubmition of the visit, changing the code to the right one. BE CAREFUL. Doctors code in different ways to make sure they get paid, and many times, you end up paying what the insurance should be paying because you do not know the tricks of the codes used to make payment. Check ahead with your insurance company to make sure you know the proper codes and then make sure your doctor uses them!!!!
