They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I wasn't too impressed with their level of service. It wasn't terrible but I think that I probably could've gotten better service somewhere else. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. All of the risks and benefits of my treatment were explained to me. Patrick L Snyder, MD was very thorough and informative. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I went in with symptoms that I thought may have been my thyroid. Turns out I was dehydrated and ended up 2 weeks later in the hospital from kidney failure. I don't think Dr. Snyder listened to what I was saying. I think he brushed off my symptoms (increased physical activity. fatigue, brown urine, etc). Disappointing!
