Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. The office was easy enough to find. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Dr. Blessing is great.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were so respectful and kind. They went above and beyond what I would expect and really made me feel welcome. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

I do not care how long I wait, I would rather be kept waiting by a guru, than seen immediately by a novice. I would expect a wait for a valued professional. I do not care about waiting room magazines. They will not solve my problems. I do not care about "friendly" staff, I care about intelligence and attention to detail. These are silly questions! The question about smells is beyond my comprehension. Professional reputation is key. If we are to rate Doctors, the most important consideration is Outcome! I give Dr Jacome 5 stars. Honest, ambitious, and trustworthy. But mostly for his pursuit of "non-invasive surgery". He's light years ahead of most.
