Dr. Montz is a very rude and abrupt woman. She has no passion nor sympathy for her patients. I can down with a disease and she was treating it weekly. Each treatment was very painful and it wasn't going away. I decided once she was out of the room I would look at the bottle that contained the liquid she was treating me with....IT WAS OVER A YEAR EXPIRED!! I mentioned this to her and she blew me off like I didn't know anything and treated me like I was an idiot. She is a terrible Doctor and should NOT be in this field of helping people. Do no waste your time with this woman!!
They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
