Ego grew too big and spreads himself to thin between locations. Doesn't remember patient history or review chart before exam. Hello had hysterectomy, remember. Only went to you for 15 + years. Can't even take the time to return calls after receiving an irregular mammogram. Don't like results inline, need to call have provide customer service. Want to speak to doctor not nurse.

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. Some appointments took longer than others, but my overall wait time experiences there were favorable compared to other offices. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They called me with my test results fairly quickly. I was happy with their promptness. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Dr. Brooks takes time to talk w/his patients about their concerns, questions, etc... he doesnt rush you, and listens VERY WELL!!

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.
