I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Dr. Shafee is a great Dr. i had a high risk pregnancy. I started with contactions at 20 weeks. But thanks to his time, effort and dedication i made it to 37 weeks. And delivered a gourgeous baby boy. Thank you so much for everything and for always making me feel important.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I was referred to Dr. Shafee and i'll never switch again. On my very first appointment, he took the time to get to know me and go over my medical history. He always makes a point to ask how I am and go over any questions/ concerns that I have. He takes his time to explain things to me and always makes me very comfortable. Thanks Dr. Shaffee!
