Doctor was very nice, but their equipment is super outdated. I felt like I was back in the 80s when I stepped in to the establishment. She literally used a regular floor lamp (that was too warm) for my pap smear. And I felt like it was too quick. Didn't feel like she asked me any questions. I believe she was behind that day, but I still feel like I deserved to have my moment with her as well.

The Nurses are so unprofessional rude and unconsiderate. Its frighting to ask them a question because they never know anything or have a clue about an answer to be given. The nurses are more interested in your personal life more than your health. I tried to ask the Doctor a question and she seem like she was asleep. Very Slow.

Worst doctor’s experience of my life, and I had the misfortune of going to Sehdeva during a medical diagnosis and testing that unfortunately meant three visits to her sad excuse of an office. First of all, the office is dirty and disgusting. The wait was atrocious (30+ minutes in the waiting room and another 30+ in the patient room), the staff is unfriendly/unprofessional/lazy/rude, and I am absolutely appalled by the medical practices that occur in that office. First of all, having staff walk in and out of rooms at an OBGYN where you are naking and changing is unacceptable. The fact this happened every time I was there only further added to that! The staff member who took my blood pressure announced my results in the hallway for everyone to overhear instead of giving me the privacy to discuss my medical condition in a closed room. When she saw the shock on my face considering I did not yet know my test had even produced abnormal results, she rudely responded with, “OH, you didn’t know?” I had to undergo an invasive sampling and the doctor could not get a large enough sample so I had the procedure performed on me three times. If you’re cutting out tissues of someone’s body, the least you could do is get the appropriate sample size on the first try!! I bled after my initial papsmear. It took much longer than usual, and the doctor was extremely impersonal and unsympathetic. The staff is lazy. There were three people working behind the desk and they spent the entire time chatting loudly and gossiping for everyone in the waiting room to hear, and yet they tell the nurses that it will take them 2-3 days for them to make a phone call to confirm that procedures are covered by insurance. I ended up having to make the phone call to my insurance because their incompetent staff couldn’t get it done and wanted to send me home to wait 2-3 days for their staff to make the call and then schedule an appointment. I’ve reported this office to my insurance, and advise anyone looking for proper medical care to seek a doctor and office elsewhere.
