I was able to make an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They treated me with respect but could have been a little more informative and friendlier. The Doctor seemed to be qualified and knowledgeable. He knocked before entering the exam room. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

All in all, my visit with Dr. Sarfraz and his clinic was absolutely satisfying. I checked in and was informed that he will be with me shortly and after about 10 minutes I was called in. Dr. Sarfraz took his time to listen to what I had to tell him about my current condition and even the whole medical history. I had brought him my medical records and he took the time to look into it for reference and more information as to what he needs to know for any treatments he might have for me after diagnosis. Thank you, Dr. Sarfraz. The world needs more people like you who truly care.
