They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They answered all of my questions and seemed to really know what they were talking about.
