Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. I found Dr Banc to be fairly knowledgeable but not easy to communicate with, not a great listener.
