Dr. Newell is an exceptionally well mannered physician who seems to really care about his patients health and overall well being. If you have no insurance and pay the same day of the visit there is a significant discount you can take advantage of this is provided by the Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center. It is really a blessing to have this offer in such a small town. Thank You
