I have been a patient of Dr. Gaca’s for over 25 years. Now in my 70’s, I owe my past and continuing good health to the expert medical care Dr. Gaca has rendered. As a general practitioner family doctor, Dr. Gaca is someone I can count on when I have a health issue. While his knowledge of medicine is vast, it is his attentiveness to detail, willingness to search-out multiple solutions and empathy that mark him as a truly great physician. One aspect of our patient-physician relationship that I really appreciate is that if Dr. Phil can’t fix it, he knows someone who can. His speedy referrals to specialists in our area have helped maintain my quality of life.

Over the years, his medical practice had grown to the point where the number of patients was overwhelming. Opting for a concierge approach to health care, he has been able to redesign his medical practice so he can spend more time with individual patients. I really appreciate the ease with which I can now access my family doctor. Being older, both Dr. Gaca and I realize that ‘stuff happens’ and waiting a week for an appointment creates a hardship. Access to timely and quality health care has proved to be a blessing. Many thanks to Dr. Gaca for keeping the shine on my ‘golden years’.

Very pleased with Dr. Gaca. He has been my primary provider over 25 years now. I did not hesitate to become a club member when the opportunity was offered. I've had a couple of occasions to need immediate service since joining and have been tended to within 24 hours if not sooner. Dr. Gaca has wonderful sense of humor that I can bounce off easily as we go back and forth during visits. Thanks to Lisa too. She is the perfect office manager as well as any other duties performed. Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was not that friendly, the one staff member that is a great help is leaving. Like Dr Gaca but if the person answering the phone is rude and not willing to help, I may not go back.............

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was easy enough to find.

The experience was shocking. I went in as a new patient, and filled out all the paperwork. Then on the form I explained that I had hurt my back at work, and needed to visit my family physician. After 45 minutes, a woman came into the room. She became very accusational, her eyes got watery - and she made me leave the office. I told her my injury happened at work, and I had the paperwork to verify everything needed. She told me "Why should I even trust you, I don't even know who you are." Asked her, "Are you telling me the Doctor won't treat me as a patient after waiting a week to get in - having insurance and an injury. She said no. Was watery eyed and crazy acting." Never experienced anything like this before in my life, avoid going through what just happened to me if you are a new patient.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important.
