He is so perfect, kind, courteous, understanding. When ill you just simply don't feel good. He makes you feel better before the medicine, and mentally too. He always listens, whether you are complaining about insurance, or how you feel, or a personal situation bothering you. He personally follows through with test results in a timely manner. The staff are very kind, they too always call back quickly.

The doctor was so friendly and nice, I really couldn't ask for more. I felt so welcome there. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I had to wait for a little while.

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
