They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. I MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3:00 AND IT IS 4:45 BEFORE I EVER MAKE IT INTO A ROOM. I HAD TO WAIT IN THE ROOM FOR ANOTHER 30 MINUTES TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR. WHO, MIGHT I ADD, SPENT LESS THAN 5 MINUTES TO LOOK AT MY DAUGHTERS THROAT, GIVE HER SOME PENICILLIN, AND SAY SHE NEEDED TO HAVE HER TONSILS REMOVED. THEY DID NOT TAKE HER TEMP, LISTEN TO HER BREATHE, CHECK HE EARS, EYES, OR NOSE, AS ANY OTHER DECENT PHYSICIAN WOULD HAVE. I WOULD ADVISE THAT YOU NOT CHOOSE THIS PRACTICE! THE STAFF IS HORRIBLY RUDE, AND ALL THE DOCTORS HAVE HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANOR. DOESN'T ANYONE REMEMBER THAT QUALITY ALWAYS COMES BEFORE QUANTITY!
