They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The worst doctors office I have ever been in had labs drawn over a year ago and again 6 months ago and then again last week finally someone noticed abnormal labs which I have had over a year that I was never notified of was just told every thing was ok at my next visit. ARNP in the office was more concerned about bragging about herself than to take care of my medical questions or issues and this is the not first time I have seen her, I really wanted to just leave but felt I was just there to get lab results how bad could it be, It was bad she did not fill out the proper paperwork for the script when going to the pharmacy was informed of her error. Of course she is not in today and no one else could correct the issues so the script could be filled. The receptionist who answered the phone could care less what the script was thank God it is not a life substaining medication. I have been waiting now for 2 weeks for a call with an appointment for a specalist. Dr. Arala himself is no better the last time I seen him his lab coat was dirty I heard him come out of the room next to me straight into the room I was in and tried to shake my hand.. HE DID NOT EVEN WASH HIS HANDS!!! NICE INFECTION CONTORL. BOTTOM LINE I HAVE HAD ENOUGH AND AFTER 20 + YEARS I WILL BE FINDING ANOTHER MD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
