Dr. Davis is great, but his office staff is the worst I have ever seen.

Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

No, they were fully staffed

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

I would not recommend this this doctor's office. I used to go here at one point because of a doctor that used to be there and so did my family however I left years ago and so did my mom. My dad is still a patient of Dr. Davis and although I do feel like he will address the issue...I don't think it is the most optimal type of care given. It gets so busy sometimes that I don't think the quality of care is really there. I feel like I'm always the one that has to bite my tongue whenever I talk to any of the staff members either at the window or via phone. No one is ever happy there whenever I talk to them on the phone and I ask so kindly and people...are simply rude. I don't think people here realize that they are dealing with patient care and understand what that means. I know people have bad days or whatnot but if everyone in the entire office is just snippy or unhappy all the time or every time I interact with them, then that is a problem. I did not feel as though the overall office is a good environment and would definitely give that a one star. Dr. Davis is not a horrible doctor however I would not say he is the best doctor to get the best quality care (especially for older people). In addition, patient autonomy is important.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected Dr. Davis. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. The office was easy enough to find. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting, so bring a book. The office's appearance is satisfactory and clean. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly. Dr. Davis is reasonable with your requests, current and knowledgeable of medications and their side effects.
