Since joining MedStar patient care quality has plummeted. I waited 2 weeks to see a doctor at Wilkonson's practice for a chronic sore throat. After the fastest and least thorough exam I ever experienced, I was told to come back in a week if it didn't clear up. After the week I called for an appointment and was told the first available for a follow-up was 4 weeks away! I called this morning and was told the first appointment was 2 weeks off. Are you kidding me? If a doctor doesn't see sick patients, what is the point?

This never happened before MedStar. I could call and be seen within 24 hours, and usually within 8 hrs. I don't know why Dr. Wilkinson is practicing medicine anymore, but it's certainly not to heal the sick.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe.
