I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I was dismayed to find that they weren't willing or able to answer any of the questions I had. I didn't get any information and left feeling at a loss. I had to wait quite a while for my appointment. I was very disappointed.
