When I arrived Iwas greeted right away. The furniture is comfortable enough and the wait is not long before I was called back and also seen by the doctor. At my last visit an EKG was performed right in the same room and I appreciated not having to go outside of the facility for that procedure. I appreciated the format that Dr. Roller provides her prescriptions also - for a minute there I thought she was giving me a check :). Parking can be a bit challenging because the lot is pretty congested. I think I got hte last parking spot. For the most part, I am completely satisfied with my experience with your office.

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.
