I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

No, it was expensive.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
