He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.
