Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Only thing missing would e email address to this doctor or his office!

I have never had any complaint in my contacs with Dr. Zoglo or with his clinic staff. I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here which has never meant that medical decisions were left to me. Instead, he listens to my questions or sometimes objections and always accommodates any strong feelings I may have regarding what he diagnoses. And, when he agrees to an alternate course of treatment, he is very diligent about following up with me to guage the effectiveness of what was done. Since I have never had any complaints about Dr. Zoglo or any of his staff, I can only say that based on the interactions I have had, I cannot think that they would ever even try to make any complaint resolution come out as anything but fully satisfied. I am pleased with each and every visit. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary. They are always very considerate, compassionate and professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me during the times I am with them. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. No one on staff even wears cologne. There is lots of available parking at their office and my appointment times are always honored with no more than perhaps a 5-10 minute delay -- ever!
