staff was rude. She had no care or compassion when telling an elderly couple that she sent their prescription to another city which was 20 miles away.

building felt old and musty.

5 minutes early for an appointment was not enough for the doctor and he cancelled it because i was not 30 minutes early. Even thoug i had gotten all the paperwork early and only had to sign 2 releases for him to see men.

I was sitting in the waiting room when the staff told me that he cancelled the appoitment.

Billing staff exceptional rude and act like the money is coming out of there pockets. Still don't call my family member by his/her name and they have been going there for years.

I was only 65 years old when I had my only appointment with "Dr.Jack".
The first thing he told me was at my age, I would never have to be examined "down there" again, as he pointed to my groin area. I was there to ask about my rectocele and prolapsed bladder problem. So I didn't. But I was having a gall bladder problem for which I was to have gall bladder surgery. I was told they would call me and give me my appointment time. I called several times in the next couple of weeks while my pain continued. Whoever I talked to, told me to be patient they were waiting on a call back from the hospital. I finally found a surgeon on my own and had my gall bladder removed. All is fine now, but I never went back to Dr. Brackin - This was about 15 years ago, I have moved since, just glad to tell my story. Hope he has improved, as a physician.

If arrogance and small town mentality is what your are looking for then this is the place for you. Rude and unprofessional office staff. Brackin might be able to help his patients if he would listen instead of telling them what he assumes is their problem. All need an intense class in customer service.
