Every time I had a concern, or if I called to ask a question, the staff made me feel like I shouldn't have called. They weren't helpful at all. I was uncomfortable that they were reluctant to seek any sort of outside advice when they didn't have an answer for my question. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
