We are never seen on time. Avg. wait is an hour+ after the appointment time. After arriving early for my appointment today and waiting 45 minutes, I was told that it would be at least another 30 minutes before I would be seen. We are done with this practice.

Absolutely not. They were always complaining about him/her

No, they didn't cancel on me last minute

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Briefly, but they didn't make an effort to help me

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
