Dr Kim is aggressive and tries to spend as much time as needed with his patients. However, the staff are not very caring and not efficient at all. Every time I call, I sit on hold for a very long time. Today, I called on my lunch hour to get an appointment. At the end of my lunch break, I was still sitting on hold with no appointment made. I had to hang up....my whole lunch wasted and I didn't get to have my lunch either. Thanks folks. Very unprofessional!
