Dr Heldridge is very patient, understanding, and very intelligent. I would personally recommend him to all that is tired of not being heard. He is the Doctor that truly cares.

Dr Heldrige spent an hour with me on my first visit getting an accurate history. I learned valuable information about my current prescription interactions with things like heart rate and exercise. We talked about goals and action steps in a friendly and encouraging dialogue. I am so impressed by his care and knowledge.

OBSESSED with trying to give me a physical and prostate exam. If I have to say NO one more time, it's gonna result in harassment charges being filed. Using a finger to find prostate cancer? Yeah right. Real scientific.

There stated policy is that they will not return calls to my Aetna insurance to verify that they wrote my prescription even though they accept Aetna...so Aetna mail order will not ship my medicine. I almost always get their answering service during normal business hours and when I do reach a human; they just transfer me to an answering machine. I tried emailing them through their website but they did not reply to that either. Everything is their way or the highway...so I'm driving to look for a better doctor. Doctor Heldridge was average and his staff is terrible; after several visits I am giving up on them.
