I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. i was loooking for medical doctor and they gave me mr. defex is name and number but i now regret it the staff is very unprofessional dont answer question do let you speak to the doctor or nurses and make you wait on the phone on hold for long periods of time i still havenvt got my exray results and they havent told me if my insurance which is united health covers mri s and every time i call for information they give information that makes no sicne in need help

I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. Their staff was not really friendly at all at check out & would not ask the doctor the question about a medical leave form that my employer had requested stating they don't know me that well without asking the doctor. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they don't ask the doctor & that bother me, because they don't put him on the phone either. I called today 03/30/11 to ask the doctor about stopping the meds he prescribed & the phone was put on some desk (not on hold) and I could hear all that was going on including repeating my name to someone out there. Later someone came to the line again asking who I was & what I needed., then drop the phone again telling me I had to make an appointmen. Not sure this is the way this work, but I was on the phone for 11 minutes total & no one came to the phone again & was anoying to hear all the noice on the background. I love the doctor tretmen, but not too happy about the staff.. I understand they're busy, but the staff should really have some training on treating their clients better. I'll see if they call me back to schedule appointmen.
