Like another person posted, we had been going to Dr
Dyo for years. Very friendly man! Somewhere down the line the front office staff has become rude. I hated calling for an appointment! Once I owed on a bill. I tired to tell the office staff everyone I went in that I knew I had a balace on my son. They kept telling me no, that they don't show anything and I was caught up.
After several attempts to resolve the issue, I let it go. The about 2 months later, guess what! They sent me a bill!!!!! I was so irritated! Probably wouldn't have been that bad but the staff was rude about it. Understand I'm speaking of the personnel at the window. The nurses have been super!

Sadly I decided to leave, not because of the dr, but because of his front office staff. Rudeness turned us away!

My family and I have been going to Dr. Dyo for years and have loved him. He is kind, understanding, and helpful in every aspect. A couple of months ago, he referred me to a different hospital for a medical condition that he is unable to treat. I called the office several times asking for the referral with no response, so I finally decided to take it up with reception since Dr. Dyo (obviously) does not take calls. Amber rudely explained that I was not allowed to receive a referral from the Dr. because he had not treated me for my condition. Well, duh, that's why I needed the referral. She continued to tell me that I wasn't understanding (very loudly) and that it didn't matter what I had been told, I was not getting a referral. I asked if there was someone higher up that I could speak to and she informed me that she was the "manager," and I proceeded to tell her that she was being very rude and unprofessional. She then said "okay have a great day," very sarcastically and hung up on me. It's a shame that such a good doctor has to loose loyal patients over unprofessional, rude, loud employees who don't know how to represent a functioning business. I will not be returning.

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience- what I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
