They refused to see me after my car accident! What kind of doctor DOESN'T take care of his patients?? I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered and myself taken care of. Their staff was not friendly at all-very rude, I didn't feel welcome there after my accident. They didn't help me at all and didn't even suggest alternatives that were within my budget/insurance requirements.

Dr. Carlson is great, the staff needs to be friendlier over all. Waiting area and exam rooms could stand to be updated! Wait time in the waiting area varies sometimes not a long wait and other times well over an hour.
Doctors forget that our time is valuable too!

They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.

I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. Their staff is very friendly and professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
