My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Burchard for a # of years. Would not want to go anywhere else for a PCP. Love him and his office staff.

Pretty hard to WANT to see the doctor when the front office staff, or whoever answers the phone decides to PICK UP!

On PERMA-HOLD for a LONG time (12 minutes after I started counting), totally unprofessional since the woman I spoke to says she is in the 'medical billing area' and she says there are only 2 people who answer 23 phone lines....REALLY?! Why is that? Maybe because no one in their right mind would work with someone as RUDE and CONDESCENDING as she was!

Maybe that's why she won't give out anyone else's name there, or why she sounds like she's doing you a HUGE favor just to tell you that the doctor booked until mid to late January of next year, and even though there are 6 separate prompts to get your call taken care of, they only pick up the line if you press the prompt that correlates to being another medical professional.

Today, I called at a little after 3 pm on a Thursday, knowing they are open, BUT NOBODY ANSWERS! If you try to use their systems for cancelling, re-scheduling, or making an appointment IT DOESN'T MATTER, they aren't going to re-schedule for this year anyway....Btw, mid to late January is another 1/4 year away, plus or minus 90 days....

So, how hard is it to get to see YOUR doctor?!!

Don't come here, not worth it, not liking the staff or the way the doctor just runs you through the door ~ if you ever get in, LOL. Not one of those warm, caring, professional environments!

Looking for a new doctor now....this is an embarassment to the community,

Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I can n o longer 6/6/2012 reach this office by telephone 972 727 9877, there is no fax # identification. I wonder if there are others same proble, Any helpful Ideas?? gerard

They may seem caring, but they made a mistake on my chart and when I tried to get them to correct it they were condescending and insisted that it was not possible that they could have made a mistake. One person in the office said she couldn't be sure because she couldn't read his handwriting, but then Donna called me back and absolutely refused to to even discuss it . I know that what he charted was not accurate, but they were so rude. I will NEVER go back there again.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.
