One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. What I liked was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt welcomed and think I will be returning. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed.

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Dr, Caro is wonderful and I would recommend him to all my friends and family.
