One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. Furthermore, when I called to follow up because my questions weren't answered, the Dr. told me that he would dismiss me as a patient because I was "being a jerk." I should have looked into his reviews and background before I saw him, as he is a graduate of Oral Roberts Medical School, where he was taught that God would solve all of his patients' problems, and failed to inform him that SCIENCE, not RELIGION, dictates treatment.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. It was more than 45 min waiting in the room for both my husband and my visits. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. What I liked was how friendly the doctor himself was and the Christian aspect of the practice. Unfortuantely the office staff, aside from Dr. Snodrass' nurse and an assistant, Kendra, was unreliable and unprofessional.
