Been going to Dr. Lea for 10 years now. He's a good doctor but I think they're overbooked. Lots of doctors have left Ferral Ducan to go out on their own. The biggest problem I have is getting responses from test results and or call backs from his office. Just like right now, I'm waiting on my next direction of what to do from a CT scan. Been 6 days. They need to be more agressive in getting back to the patients and follow up. Test results can mean life or death and if they drag their feet it may be too late by time you get to a specialist. All in all, Doc Lea is cool it's not his fault. It's the whole system. It's a wreck.

Terrible waiting time for appointments; considers you a new patient when you haven't been in for a year. Office staff not very helpful or empathetic.

Your communication is your best bet with this dr. He is very thorough and will get to the bottom of your issue, but you must come in prepared to be informative or you might get the 1-2-3 and you're out the door before you know it. Bring all your meds in each time. You definitely need to be proactive in your health. I trust this dr. very much and feel we are a team in my well-being.
