Dr. Papanastassiou definitely cares for her patients and is attentive to their needs. Every time I have gone, she spends time listening to my concerns and examining the issues I am having. Dr. P has always been very pleasant in her demeanor as well as being very professional. She never talks over my head when talking about diagnosis and treatment. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor who truly puts patients first and top notch care.

Dr. Papanastassiou and all the others physicians, nurses and staff at Prime Care are just the absolute best! The receptionist greets you with respect, dignity and incredible friendliness. The nurses listen intently when you speak and they take their time, making sure they have everything written down that you want to discuss with the doctors. The staff calls your insurance and takes care of everything so all you need to do is heal. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.

I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
