He was so kind and attentive to me. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor was. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I'll definitely be going back.

They barely ever answer any of my questions over the phone, and I've had to make way too many appointments. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should.

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. For a family doctor, they are rather cold and unfriendly. I would prefer it if they weren't so distant and impersonal. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
