They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.
