with this Provider only a couple of times, I am not comfortable with this Doctor. She doesn't seem to take an Interest in what's best for me in other words she is cold towards her Patients, she lacks good Bedside Manners as a Family Doctor. I will make every Effort fo find another Provider with who I am more comfortable with.

Doesnt have time for the patients, expecially the elderly. No questions answered looks down on people. Arrogant. Snoody! Would never recommend her to anyone.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Most doctors overcharge, but I've never complained until now. I feel like I am totally wasting insurance money using this doctor. Never answers questions. Pretty rude. Has no bed side manner at all. I am in the process of looking for another doctor. The office staff is ok. Take them or leave them. Nothing stands out to comment about with them. Office is very old and outdated.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

** Dr. Kolody has very poor bed side manners, she asks questions but doesnt give you a chance to fully answer them. She is definitely not a top doctor by any means.
