Their staff is a friendly, welcoming staff, especially Cindy. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It has always been very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They have always been so kind and attentive to me. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place but mostly it is Dr Moore. He has always made me feel relaxed and that he is interested in me. That is why I have been going to him for 25 yrs.

Yes! They couldn't do anything they told me they would be able to

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I will refer my friends and family who ask me who my family doctor is. They were great . It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their patients. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. Receptionist act or pertend they are the Doctor instead of the Dr. It is like fighting to get an appointment at times or to plan an appointment since always asked to call back in the mornings of the day you want to be seen. It is a lottery for appointment times instead of being scheduled.
