Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
