They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment, which wasn't long. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
The practice is small - no team of PA's to have to actually sort through - you make an appointment with the doctor, you see the doctor. A rare quality in the "newer" practices.
The furniture is a little dated - but - functional and clean - not even worn - so really why replace?
My one complaint - if I had to list one thing that I would change immediately? warmer bathrooms.
