They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything.

They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are extremely professional, friendly, approachable dr baker and his staff embodies what old school style doctors were, I can see him making house calls and staying over for tea. He is a great MD
