Treated with impatience and rudeness by her technician as well as the physician. Would no take time to listen to my concerns about my health issues. I was mentally dismissed as if I didn't have a clue what was going on with my body.
Since I've had a long history in the healthcare field I was very insulted with the attitude and level of care received.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a doctor's office. She was absolutely rude and did not listen to anything I tried to tell her. She literally told me it doesn't matter what I think. Listening to your patient is important for so many reasons. I do not think a doctor who does not listen can give proper medical care. I have an extensive history and some yet to be diagnosed health problems which cause me excruciating pain and having someone so callous truly upset me. I will NEVER go to that office again.

I have been going to Dr. Reyes for years. She is caring and thorough. I always like to see her. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have reccomended her to my friends. I am confident that this is a quality medical practice that will give proper, caring, and correct treatment.

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best

I usually never go out of my way to write any reviews unless when my service or meal is exceptionally bad or out of this world great. Unfortunately this is not a positive review. In fact the rave reviews in here seem to close. Of the same style of verbage for me to not question whether mirriam and her staff wrote them theirselves but I can tell you its not even close to my experience. I have had to go t her three times in the past three weeks. First time I just needed a blood pressure prescription written since I'm new to the area. Second time was shortly thereafter because I became sick and feverish within a day or two of my first visit and was given a prescription for strep. Now these two times the staff was very much less than friendly but mirriam was exceptionally nice so that's the only reason I went back the third time. The thiird time I went same old treatment from the staff but this time she was irritable. She was very short and I asked her if this time the tests come back with something that can be treated with a script I would be gratefull if I didn't have to come here and pay another copay just to get a script. This is when her true coloras shine through and I learned she cares absolutely nothing about the patient and everything about the money and she layed into me and literally reprimanded me for asking this as I stood their in disbelief of her behavior. Once my results get in and I get this fever gone that's been with me now for over three weeks I will not be back. Quite frankly I have my own suspicians that I got sick from her unclean office in the first place because as you may recall my first visit was simply to get a script for my blood pressure medicine and I felt fine until a day or two after that. It may be coincidence but its not the cleanest place. She should seriously learn how to NOT bite the hand that feeds her since its apparent that money is or main concern anyway.
