Dr. Carter is absolutely fantastic! He has always been the kindest to me and my 2 children he delivered Isaiah and Eve. You couldn't ask for a better Doctor. I am blessed to have been sent to him by my sister who was a patient of his first. His staff is excellent...always has been.

I was 16 years old when I first visit Dr. Carter... I am 46 now. Dr. Carter makes me feel as if I am his only patient. He delivered both of my children Justin 23 and Jaden 10. His nursing staff is very professional and helpful. I could not have ask for a better doctor.
