I agree with Michelson, they NEVER answer their phones and do NOT call you back - or if they do it takes several hours and sometimes days. And if they do call you back - and you miss it - you have to go through their terrible system all over again. I see Dr. Smith and he's okay I suppose, but their staff is terrible, unfriendly and not helpful. My family and I are not going to see anyone and BIMA PC for our medical needs again based on the fact that they don't answer their phones. What's ironic is that their slogan is "BIMA, Where caring is our specialty." And nothing could be further from the truth. I have never dealt with this in a doctor's office - EVER. Rule no. 1 - answer your phones and call your patients!!! It's RIDICULOUS! TERRIBLE customer service.
