I love Dr. Grice. She is attentive, caring, friendly and personable. I am a healthier person today because of her. I have not hesitation in recommending her to anyone.

Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, by the Dr while I was in the office however whenever I call the office it is hard to reach her and the office staff acts annoyed and bothered. Calls sometimes take days before being answered. Also there is NO WAY to reach her on weekends you have to go thru their weekend clinic where they want you to come in and once again are very annoyed if you simply want an answer say on a med reaction. They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. They seem to be more concerned about quantity of business over quality. BUT the Dr does care and once you get in to see her she takes her time as if you are the only one in the world. I assume this is another reason why she runs late. I do wonder though why she has picked this organization to be a part of when she is obviously very talented. I will eventually leave her as I cannot deal with being part of a herd of cattle. Im sure however there are plenty more behind me that I will never be missed.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
