Been trying for three days to get a prescription from his office. The voice mail is full and no one answers now. I called last week and left a message with the answering service but not return call. Now not even an answering service.

Definitely! I could hardly stand to be in the room

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

This office is an absolute joke! I called for a referral to my OB and was told I can pick it up end of day, I went the next afternoon on my break to pick it up and the girls had no idea where my referral was, I looked down and sure enough all of my personal information was written on a post it and was stuck on their desk right in front of the sign in where anyone can see. Then I called to make an appointment after I got out of the hospital and was told there were no available appointments til at least a 2 weeks later. Thank God Im not dead.

I love how much attention to detail the Dr. shows. He is always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about him making a mistake or forgetting something. I love that I can count on him.
