Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

They do a good job. The only problem is that the reception folks make it very hard to speak with the doctor or the physician assistant. If you have a simple question, you ought to be able to ask the doctor ! if he says that he needs to see you in order to answer the question, then fine. But the receptionists seem to want to set up appointments that are often not necessary. An office visit can be a waste of time , gas & money when a simple phone call would have resolved the matter. If the doctor needs to charge for phone consultations, so be it.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule

Not at all. They ignored my questions
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me
